On location
The Trabassac valley (National Park of the Cévennes) offers nice family hikes with a few swimming points along the Sainte-Croix stream.
At La Roquette haute, in the bottom of the valley, audiovisual presentation about the oral memory of the Cévenols of the Vallée Française. The path is marked in the Park.
Within 10 km
At 5 km, the Fontmort plan, high ground of the resistance, and departure point
for various hikes (mushrooms, call of the deer, prehistoric stones…).
At 6 km, La Roque magnanerie (silkworm farm), a good place to visit in order
to understand the importance of silkworm breeding and the presence of blackberry
trees in the area.
At 10 km, La Cure equestrian centre, in Barre-des-Cévennes.
In addition, enjoy a family hike at the Aigoual Mount,
the Gorges du Tarn, the Causses.
